B-FLEX ITALIA HYPERCHROMA DTF INKS

Water-based B-FLEX Italia HyperChroma DTF inks ensure uniform printing, stability, and high productivity. Their formulation enables homogeneous ink transfer onto the film, minimizes ink bleeding and micro-cracking, and reduces printer maintenance requirements.

The range includes C, M, Y, K inks and two white inks:

• Smooth White – with low sedimentation.
• Magic White – sediment-free.

Prints are bright, stable, and soft to the touch, in line with the quality standards of B-FLEX, a technical leader in professional DTF printing.

RANGE FEATURES

• Compatible with all Epson printheads, including:
  DX5, DX7, XP600, I3200, I1600, L1800, XP600.
• Guaranteed wash resistance up to 60 °C.
• Specifically developed for DTF printing and transfer onto materials such as:
  cotton, linen, canvas, leather, nylon, and blended fabrics.
• Bright and uniform color reproduction with excellent adhesion to the film.

COLORED DTF INKS

• High productivity, even during continuous printing cycles.
• Homogeneous ink transfer onto the film with controlled ink bleeding.
• Bright, uniform, and long-lasting color reproduction.
• Soft and lightweight hand feel of the finished print.
• Shelf life of sealed packaging: 12 months.

SMOOTH WHITE

Low-Sedimentation White Ink

• Low-sedimentation formulation.
• Slow sedimentation and high stability within the printing circuit.
• Up to 15 hours of standby operation without the need for cleaning.
• High opacity and good printing continuity.
• Shelf life of sealed packaging: 12 months.

MAGIC WHITE

Sediment-Free White Ink

• Sediment-free formulation.
• Maximum ink stability throughout the entire printing system.
• Eliminates the risk of printhead clogging.
• Significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
• Shelf life of sealed packaging: 18 months.

STORAGE

Inks must be stored in a clean, cool, and dry environment at a temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C and a relative humidity between 40% and 80%.

It is recommended to keep the containers away from direct sunlight and heat sources. When the inks are not in use, the containers should always be properly sealed.

WARNING

Shake well before use.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Keep out of reach of children.

Dispose of the container and any product residues in accordance with applicable local regulations.
