Product Complaints

As a customer, you have the right to file a complaint about goods within 24 months of purchase. You can submit a complaint directly online through your account or via order tracking.

Withdrawal from Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal can be submitted online using the links below.

Guest Customers (Unregistered)

If you made your purchase without registering, use the guest order tracking. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout. After verification, you will see the complaint and withdrawal buttons directly on your order.
