DTF HOT MELT POWDER – ANTI-MIGRATION FEATURES

The B-FLEX ANTI-MIGRATION DTF hot-melt adhesive powder is designed to ensure maximum reliability on technical textiles and sublimation-dyed fabrics, where controlling dye migration is essential to preserving print quality. Its advanced formulation creates an effective barrier that helps maintain bright colors, sharp details, and high-definition graphics over time.

It is suitable for cotton, synthetic, blended, elastic, coated, and sublimation-printed materials, consistently providing high opacity and elasticity. Thanks to its special composition, it maintains a soft and lightweight hand feel without compromising garment comfort and wearability.

When stored according to the instructions, the powder does not clump and spreads evenly across the film, ensuring a uniform and flawless application.

Its excellent melting properties and low-temperature curing capability, starting from 110°C, enable fast and efficient production cycles.

Outstanding wash resistance and strong, long-lasting adhesion complete the performance of a product designed for professional DTF applications.

STORAGE

The hot-melt powder for DTF films is supplied in airtight 1 kg bags to preserve its chemical properties.

We recommend using only one package at a time, fully consuming each opened bag before opening a new one to prevent moisture from affecting product performance.

TPU powders are particularly sensitive to moisture; therefore, storage at a controlled relative humidity of 40–60% is recommended.

Always reseal the bag carefully after use. Keep away from direct moisture, heat sources, and direct UV exposure.

Store at a controlled temperature of 15–35°C / 60–95°F.

The product complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.

APPLICATION

• Heat press temperature: 120–140°C / 248–285°F
• Application time: 8–15 seconds
• Film removal: Hot peel
• Pressure: Medium

Extra tip

To improve adhesion on difficult materials, perform a second press at the same temperature for 5 seconds.

WASH RESISTANCE

• First wash: wait 24 hours
• Maximum washing temperature: 60°C / 140°F
• Wash garments inside out
• Use a gentle tumble dry cycle
• Do not use bleach or other chemicals

FABRICS

Suitable for cotton, synthetic, blended, and elastic fabrics, coated materials, and sublimation-printed or dyed textiles.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Apply the powder onto freshly printed DTF film manually or using an automatic shaker.
2. Cure the powder in an oven at 110°C / 230°F for 60 seconds until completely dry.
3. After curing, the adhesive should have a glossy, rubber-like appearance with an orange-peel texture.
4. Shake the film to remove any excess powder.
