Cotton, synthetic, blended, and stretch fabrics, impregnated materials, as well as fabrics printed or dyed using sublimation.
Apply the powder to the freshly printed DTF film manually or using an automatic shaker.
Cure the powder in an oven at a temperature starting from 110°C (230°F) for at least 60 seconds, until completely dry.
Once cured, the adhesive should have a glossy, rubber-like appearance with an orange-peel texture.
Shake the film to remove any excess powder.
Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash.
Maximum washing temperature: 60°C (140°F).
Wash garments inside out.
Tumble dry on a delicate cycle.
Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemicals.

The hot-melt powder for DTF film is supplied in airtight 1 kg bags to preserve its chemical properties.
We recommend using one package at a time and completely consuming the contents of each opened bag before opening a new one. This helps prevent moisture from negatively affecting the product's performance.
TPU powders are particularly sensitive to moisture; therefore, the product should be stored at a controlled relative humidity of 40–60%.
After use, always reseal the bag carefully.
