Technical Information for DTF Technology

For DTF printing, you will gradually find information about:

Specific technical parameters may vary depending on the product, equipment, fabric and production process used.It is therefore important to follow the specifications recommended for each particular material and to perform a test before starting batch production.

For example, with B-Flex products, we use a Hot Peel DTF film system that can be applied at 130 °C for 4 seconds. With professional 100% TPU B-Flex adhesive powders, the melting process begins at approximately 110 °C. However, the beginning of the powder melting process is not the same as the final temperature and time required for correct curing and subsequent transfer application.
