DTF HOT-MELT POWDER FOR NYLON AND COATED MATERIALS – HIGH BONDING

The DTF hot-melt powder distributed by B-Flex stands for quality and ease of use.

This versatile product can be used on a wide range of fabric types, providing both elasticity and excellent coverage.

Thanks to its advanced formulation, the application remains pleasantly soft to the touch.

When stored properly according to the recommended conditions, the powder does not clump and spreads evenly on the film, ensuring a uniform and flawless application.

Another advantage of this adhesive powder is its excellent melting point at low temperatures starting from 110 °C / 230 °F, which also reduces processing time.

Thanks to these properties, it offers very good wash resistance as well as long-lasting and reliable adhesion to textiles.

• Heat press temperature: 130–140 °C / 265–285 °F
• Application time: 8–10 seconds

Additional tip

To improve adhesion on difficult materials, perform a second press at the same temperature for 5 seconds.

WASH RESISTANCE

• First wash only after 24 hours
• Maximum washing temperature: 40 °C / 105 °F
• Wash garments inside out
• Tumble dry on a delicate cycle
• Do not use bleach or other chemical agents

SUITABLE FOR:

• Cotton
• Synthetic materials
• Blended fabrics
• Elastic fabrics

NOT SUITABLE FOR:

• Impregnated materials
• Fabrics printed or dyed using sublimation

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Apply the powder manually or using an automatic shaker onto the freshly printed DTF film.
• Cure the powder in an oven at 110 °C / 230 °F for 60 seconds until completely dry.
• After curing, the adhesive should have a glossy, rubber-like surface with an orange-peel texture.
• Shake the film to remove any excess powder.

STORAGE

The DTF hot-melt powder is supplied in airtight 1 kg bags to preserve its chemical properties.

We recommend using only one package at a time. Fully use each opened bag before opening a new one to prevent moisture from affecting product performance.

TPU powders are particularly sensitive to moisture. Therefore, the product should be stored at a controlled relative humidity of 40% to 60%.

After use, always reseal the bag carefully.
