Application
We cut the motif in a mirror image (knife 45 °), separate it, iron it on a thermo press for 17 seconds at a mean pressure of 3,5 bar and a temperature of 165°C. Remove the transfer foil warm.
Washing
We wash at a temperature of up to 60°C with gentle powders and always inside out.
You can choose flex heat transfer vinyls in several colors.
From classic colors, through 2 types of metallic, up to 4 neon variants.
Colored flex foils resist fading.
After ironing, a very thin 60mic film blends with the base fabric.
The ultra-thin film guarantees very easy and fast separation of the flex heat transfer vinyl.
This will save you a lot of time spent on this most demanding part of the production process.
The self-adhesive liner makes it easy to work with small details of graphics and keep it in place.
Flexcut heat transfer vinyl can be ironed on materials without impregnation.
(cotton, blend of cotton and polyester, polyester, etc.)
